BOARD OF DIRECTORS & STAFF
About our Board Members & Staff
Our Board Members are comprised of a well-balanced group of professionals. They have seen first hand how these youth have struggled with difficult situations at home while taking care of themselves and at the same time, managing school and work. With experienced individuals in education, social work, health care, counseling, human services and youth programming, our Board and Staff have not only an understanding of the needs of homeless youth, but also interest in supporting their families. We have Board Members and Staff from all areas of Whidbey Island and in connecting cities, giving us a broader view into the issues of homelessness and how to deal with each individual situation. RHFY staff are educated in counseling, social work, human services, and have a combined 15+ years of experience with youth in this age group.
